Veterinary Camps

FIELD DAY ON OCTOBER 25, 2018

A field day was arranged by Veterinary Research Institute, Peshawar for livestock & poultry farmers on October 25, 2018 at Pandu area of District Peshawar. Different activities including Vaccination, Deworming farmer’s awareness, disease diagnosis etc were carried out. Different lab tests for disease diagnosis were performed on the spot and sick animals were treated free of cost. A large no of farmers participated in the field day. Discussions were made with the farmers on their problems and possible solution. Senior officers and supporting staff members were deputed for helping the farmers at their door step and conveying message of Livestock Research to the public for enhancement livestock productivity and to provide services to the livestock and poultry farmers.
